Grandma Advice

Let’s get back to basics. I call this “grandma advice” for feeling better because it’s not rocket science. It’s the commonsense things you have surely heard before, the kinds of things a grandmother might suggest:

Get a good night’s sleep (or take a nap)

→

Eat a bowl of chicken soup (seriously, almost every culture has a form of chicken soup, from “Jewish penicillin” to caldo de pollo)

→

Drink more water (especially if breastfeeding)

→

Avoid excessive alcohol and drugs

→

Surround yourself with people who love you

→
